Before the Restaurant Repovž became a restaurant, it was home. It is one of the oldest buildings in the village and is currently home to and work place of the sixth generation.
An enviable tradition is one of the main reasons why they invest so much passion, love and energy into their work. Their doors are open day to day from generation to generation with respect to tradition and the environment.
The culinary philosophy of the Repovž inn is very simple, connected with the tradition, memories from childhood and youth, and the products of their farm and its surroundings. They try to cook good and simple food with rich flavors and modern touch.
They are proud members of the international association of restaurants JRE – Jeunes Restaurateurs of Slovenia. They are also highly ranked in the international guidebook for Slovenia Gault Millau, where they received 3 caps. Their main cook Meta also received special recognition by Gault Millau, the title of the chef of tradition.
