In the Ošterija Debeluh restaurant, the first-class culinary creations are created by the chef Jure, guided by respected for tradition with an innovative approach to upgrading the dishes and the use of fresh, local ingredients. His dishes are simple, but surprising with the boldness of combinations. A simple plate consists of only three to four ingredients, but all selected, top quality and mostly from the local environment. Ošterija Debeluh is a member of the JRE – Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe, an association of young restaurant owners.
