The brand-new apartments are situated just far enough from the center of Bistrica ob Sotli to allow you to enjoy nature in a peaceful rural setting in the heart of the Kozjansko Park and Natura 2000 area. They are surrounded by rolling hills with forests and vineyards, flat meadows, and fields growing grains, pumpkins, and vegetables. They are also in close proximity to the thermal spas of Terme Olimia, Terme Čatež, and Terme Tuhelj.
“We are known as Marofske” – named after the farm that has always been known by the local name Marof, due to its historical connection with the Kunšperk or Königsberg castle. Three generations now live here, continuing the family tradition of winemaking.
In their own vineyards, using a combination of manual labor and passion, they grow grapevines. In the wine cellar, they age and bottle top-quality white and red wines as well as sparkling wines, and they offer guided tastings along with their charcuterie.
They offer four spacious apartments (22 beds) with an on-site wellness area (also available to external visitors) featuring a sauna, jacuzzi, massage services, and a terrace with a modular pool. All apartments are equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, dining table, living area with a sofa or a high-quality double bed, TV (smart TV), Wi-Fi, one or more private bedrooms with premium bedding, an entry area for storing clothes, a functional bathroom with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, towels, liquid soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels.
Separate bedrooms ensure privacy and restful sleep on either a double bed or two single beds. There is space for storing clothes and luggage. A crib and high chair are available upon request.
The kitchen features a large induction cooktop, refrigerator, and microwave. Two larger apartments also include an oven and dishwasher. All cooking utensils, dining service, and glasses for juice and wine are provided.
